Michael Barnard
With more than 20 years marketing experience, Michael has worked with leading eCommerce and retail brands including HelloFresh, Youfoodz, Jimmy Brings, Foot Locker, Specsavers, Michael Hill, Amart Furniture and Price Attack.
Before launching Growthworks, Michael was the General Manager and Co-Founder of Customology, where he helped build one of Australia’s leading customer growth and retention agencies. His work there earned international recognition when he was named in the “30 Under 40 Loyalty Royalty” list at the 2020 International Loyalty Awards.
Michael’s approach blends performance marketing, lifecycle automation, conversion optimisation and customer experience design. He helps founders cut through the noise, understand the numbers that matter, and implement strategies that unlock sustainable revenue growth.
