Katherine Faraker
Katherine helps founders build eCommerce brands that grow faster and retain more customers. With more than 15 years in marketing, Katherine has held senior marketing roles inside Youfoodz and BCF, giving her deep insight into what it takes to scale in fast-moving, competitive categories. She knows the challenges of scaling, from running fast-moving campaigns and offers through to building customer retention systems that keep growth sustainable.
Katherine is recognised for creating compelling storytelling that converts, turning brand ideas into clear messaging and customer journeys that increase engagement and sales. Her expertise spans eCommerce strategy, campaign and offer development, CRM and lifecycle automation, email marketing, copywriting and content. She has also supported brands including Flight Centre, Bridgestone and The Coffee Club to deliver customer growth and retention programs.

Michael Barnard
With more than 20 years marketing experience, Michael has worked with leading eCommerce and retail brands including HelloFresh, Youfoodz, Jimmy Brings, Foot Locker, Specsavers, Michael Hill, Amart Furniture and Price Attack.
Before launching Growthworks, Michael was the General Manager and Co-Founder of Customology, where he helped build one of Australia’s leading customer growth and retention agencies. His work there earned international recognition when he was named in the “30 Under 40 Loyalty Royalty” list at the 2020 International Loyalty Awards.
Michael’s approach blends performance marketing, lifecycle automation, conversion optimisation and customer experience design. He helps founders cut through the noise, understand the numbers that matter, and implement strategies that unlock sustainable revenue growth.
